Education Coordinator - Kim
Hi! I am this years Education Coordinator for the Come Play On Our River program. This will be my fourth year
working with the program and I have enjoyed watching it grow. I am a Bachelor of Arts graduate from St. Thomas
University with a double major in Psychology, with special attention to developmental and child developmental psychology and
Criminology. This coming September I will be heading back to St. Thomas University for my Bachelor of Education degree. I
have taken classes in Outdoor pursuits as well as science and biology courses, providing a backing to the ecological aspects
of the program. I also have canoe safety and First Aid and CPR. Fishing and Fly tying have become great hobbies of mine and I
take great pride in promoting the Miramichi culture.
Assistant Education Coordinator - Robyn
Hey, I am currently a Journalism student at St. Thomas
University and plan to achieve an Education Degree. Having grown up on the shore of the Great Miramichi, I take particular
pride in this area. This year I am the Assistant Education Coordinator here at the museum and this is my third year working
with the program. I have taken outdoor pursuits and multiple science classes and am also trained with First Aid training,
CPR, and canoe safety. I am excited to see all of the positive changes we have in store for the program and am anxious to
get a fun-filled summer started and I hope that some of you will join us at "Come Play on Our River".
