Our River Room, with its scenic views of the Miramichi River and its walk-out deck, is available for rental throughout the year and is perfect not only for business meetings and presentations but also for special occasions such as anniversaries, graduation parties, Christmas get-togethers, family reunions and wedding receptions. A well-equipped kitchen is located nearby and catering services are readily available – we can provide you with everything from delicious home-made doughnuts and coffee to a mouth-watering full-course dinner. Or, for a very reasonable fee, you can opt to use our facility to do your own meal preparation.
The River Room comes equipped with a SmartBoard and can seat up to 120 comfortably. Tables and chairs are available for 90 guests while the room has a total capacity (standing) of 144. Air conditioning is available during the summer months. Just let our staff know in advance and they will gladly arrange the room to accommodate your needs. We have a large parking lot and, during June, July and August, snacks and ice cream are available from the Riverside Treasures gift shop just down the hall.
We think our room rental rates are extremely reasonable:
Full Day (8 Hours) – $150.00
½ Day (4 Hours) – $85.00
Note: A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required when the booking is confirmed.
